What you will learn
Throughout our sessions, I will educate you about foods that heal, nourish, and benefit overall health. You will learn about vitamins, minerals, and all nutrients through consuming whole foods to combat chronic health issues and enhance longevity. You will learn how to be mindful about eating: when, what, and how. You will learn sustainable tips for a healthy lifestyle, through foods, herbs/spices, exercises, good sleep hygiene, and promotion of a positive mindset.
